Each piece is carefully checked before it's sent out to ensure it meets our high standards. If you ever experience a manufacturing issue, our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee means we'll repair your jewellery at no cost, for life.

If you have any questions or need to send an item in for repair, please reach out to our Customer Service Team. Once we receive your jewellery, we'll inspect it thoroughly. If there are any repair costs that fall outside the guarantee, we’ll always contact you for approval before proceeding.
